Production process of High Purity Sintered Magnesia96.5%:

First of all, high-quality magnesite is selected and calcined in a calciner at a temperature of about 1000 ℃ (the calciner can use reverberatory furnace, boiling furnace or shaft kiln furnace) to produce light-burned magnesia powder (also known as light-burned magnesite). The light-burned magnesia powder is fine ground, and the fine grinding can be done by Raymond machine, ball mill or high-speed grinder. Fine grinding to a certain particle size, pressing the ball. The purpose of controlling the fineness of light-fired powder is to increase the bulk density of the pressing ball; the pressing ball adopts high-pressure ball press or opposite roll ball press. The pressed light-burned magnesia balls are put into a high-temperature furnace for high-temperature sintering, and the furnace temperature of the high-temperature calciner is controlled at about 1600-2000 ℃. In the process of high temperature calcination, with the increase of temperature, the volume of magnesia gradually shrinks, the density increases, the crystal of magnesia grows and grows, and its structure becomes denser and denser. After calcination, the bulk density of magnesia can reach more than 3.28g/cm3.
